Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of zonfy ("we," "us," or "our"), available at zonfy.app. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to use zonfy.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use zonfy to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, obscene, or harmful.
• Generate content that violates Amazon's terms of service or community guidelines.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the service or its underlying AI models.
• Use automated tools or scripts to access the service in a manner that exceeds normal usage.
• Resell, redistribute, or offer the service to third parties as your own product.
• Upload images you do not own or have the right to use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

zonfy operates on a subscription-based credit system. We offer the following monthly plans:

• Starter — ₹749/month (50 credits)
• Growth — ₹1,499/month (125 credits)
• Pro — ₹2,999/month (300 credits)
• Agency — ₹4,999/month (550 credits)
• Enterprise — Custom pricing (contact us)

International customers are charged equivalent pricing in USD at checkout ($15 / $29 / $59 / $99 per month for Starter / Growth / Pro / Agency).

Credit costs per generation:

• Listing Generator: 8 credits
• Basic A+ Content: 7 credits
• Premium A+ Content: 16 credits
• Regeneration: 1 credit

Billing terms:

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your profile page, and your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Subscription credits reset each billing cycle — unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next month.
• Top-up credits are available exclusively to active subscribers and expire 90 days after purchase.
• Free users receive 10 one-time credits upon sign-up. Free-tier downloads include a watermark. Watermark-free downloads are available only to subscribers.
• No refunds on used credits. Credits consumed for content generation are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details on eligible refund scenarios.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Active subscriptions will be notified of price changes before their next renewal.

4. Intellectual Property

• Your generated content: You retain ownership of the A+ content images generated through the service. You may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use on Amazon listings.
• Your uploaded images: You retain all rights to the product images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process them for content generation.
• Our service: The zonfy platform, branding, design, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimers

• Content is generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be perfect or meet your expectations.
• AI-generated images may occasionally contain visual artifacts, inaccuracies, or elements that require manual review before publishing.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before uploading it to Amazon or any other platform.
• We do not guarantee that generated content will comply with Amazon's content policies or result in improved sales performance.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, conversion rates, or listing performance from using our generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• zonfy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• In no event shall zonfy, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to zonfy in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@zonfy.app.
• We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the service or other users.
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any active subscription is cancelled and unused credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall survive.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
